I am a new business owner in our community. I bought my computers and software elsewhere and in the first week of opening my business my whole computer system crashed!!! Its bad enough to open the doors of any new business and then to have your whole system fail was too much for me. I tried and tried to get a hold of my computer salesperson but to no avail. He would never return my calls. I had met Erik a week prior to opening my store at a Chamber of Commerce meeting. I had been lucky enough to have sat next to him and exchanged business cards. Erik has done excellent work for my company and my siblings. We were on a network in our office, but it kept going down. Erik came in, did his magic and the network has worked perfectly ever since. He also purchased a new computer for us and installed all of our special software on the computer. He convinced us the way to go was DSL and I am so glad he did, because e-filing 600 accounts over a telephone line would have taken for ever.
Both my sister and brother needed a new computer and Erik had one to them within 24 hours. My sister responds was "this is the best thing I ever did. And his prices were great."
